Joseph-by-the-Sea HS and University of Pennsylvania, Jessie Carlin is Staten
Island's most accomplished middle distance runner of all time. Her career
highlight, thus far, is a third place finish at USA National Championships.
She was a two-time All America selection and has won several ECAC and
Heptagonal Games championships, while in college.
