Justice for Dan

June 1, 2011 - Dan Kelley, Staten Island track coach and runner was killed by a person driving under the influence of drugs in early January 2010.

His killer, Gypsy Porfirio, has plead guilty to Vehicular Manslaughter and will be sentenced on June 14th.The Judge Leonard Rienzi will determine the sentence for this murderer.
